Hippie-esque, free spirited style is made even cuter with the fringe skirt. Pair it with a crop top, a sweater, or a jacket to tone it down, and you’re basically a 2016 flower child. Whether worn with a lived-in T-shirt or a crisp, white button-down, the skirt makes a daring statement.
